Evolving human consciousness - Book reading + Q&A
- Change your perceptions, change your experience

The book offers powerful distinctions one can use to uplevel sensemaking and understanding of group dynamics, relationships, and support healing and personal development. The distinctions offered are the ones the author found most useful in debriefing experiences facilitating the practice-container called The Field of Awakening, which the author also founded.

The Field of Awakening

An interactive consciousness exploration weaving together meditation, authentic relating, holistic healing, shadow work, community building, and more. Attune to the group as a living organism; wait and listen for what emergently wants to happen though each of us - in service of both individual and collective aliveness and wholeness; reclaim inner authority; increase awareness of where impulses come from, and how we relate to impulses; and potentially learn to befriend, converse with, and integrate forgotten younger parts of yourself.

This is a consciousness playground for mature adults, without guided exercises - what transpires is an emergent co-creation informed by the composite energetic constitutions of those who are present. It is different every time as we always invite the unknown and allow something unfamiliar to come through.
